I have a couple different alphas based on this font, and I've been trying to find it for-e-ver. Then, surprise, just surfing dafont.com one day - there it was. :)

Thankful Cards | Hybrid
Saying "thank you" never goes out of style, and with the Thanksgiving holiday here on Thursday, there is lots of thankfulness in the air.
Earlier this month, I participated in the ScrapMatters blog train with a printable card, and this week, I finished this one:

Font Friday: Fontdiner.com Sparkly
I've had this font in my stash for quite a while, and haven't used it... until now. With Christmas coming, it seemed to have just the right amount of fun and... well... Sparkle!
I did a quick project for my church using this font, making a layered heading. I simplified some of the sparkles to enlarge and embellish the title as well as the rest of a small flyer.

Font Friday: Birthday Edition & Free Word Art
In honor of my birthday on Sunday, I had to share this font!
Just for fun, I made a few birthday-themed word art pieces using Rebekah's Birthday and Pea Jack and Jane! Enjoy!
This is just one of the AWESOME fonts available for free at www.kevinandamanda.com!
They have tons and tons and tons of great handwriting fonts and larger "scrapbook" fonts.

Font Friday: Sketchy
I guess it was about 6 months ago that I started seeing sketched fonts pop up in scrapbook kits... and I went a little NUTS. Here's a few I can no longer live without!
This was one of the first sketched fonts I went nuts over, when I noticed it used on several elements
in the ScrapMatters Queen of Scrap kit. I was beyond excited, when I found it!
The obsession continues... this one was featured on The Daily Digi and started popping up
ALL OVER the scrapbook galleries. I told my friend Sarah, "we're going to be able to date
our layouts as having been created in 2010 because they use this font!"
(Make sure you read the font info that comes in this download
so you know how to properly finish your words!)
This is the latest in my sketched font collection. I have a bunch I haven't even used yet,
but I just KNOW I'll find a good use for it... eventually!

Scrappers Give Thanks!
Have you heard about Scrappers Give Thanks? This is a project for artists, crafters and scrappers who want to design for fun and brighten someone's day. This year, the project assignment is to create brag-book size pages which will be assembled into books that will be donated to children's hospitals here in the U.S. Anyone can participate, and digital or paper submissions are accepted up until November 24!
Go check out the website! And don't miss the page where you find out about the terrific prizes they have! Everyone who participates is eligible to win!
I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the project and create a few cards as early examples. Here they are!
