Freebie Friday | Journal Cards

Woo-hoo! Did someone say freebies?!??!? So the grand plan to "start blogging again" includes an idea to have at  least giveaway a month, on a Friday. Because it's more fun if the blog post is alliterative, right? ("Freebie Monday" doesn't quite sound the same, although... it might make Mondays better!)



This freebie is a project I created for myself. This year, one of my friends is doing a scripture memory challenge of 2 verses per month, a total of 24 for the year. We get to pick our own verses, and she encouraged us to keep a small notebook of our verses. Naturally, I wanted mine to be cute and fun, so I put together these little cards for my verses:

The cards are 3x4, so two fit on a standard 4x6 photo print (cheap to print anywhere, or easy to do at home.) I print them up, trim them in half, punch a hole in the corner and add a ring to quickly assemble my scripture notebook.

(This is the part of the blog post that I hoped would include a photo of my little notebook, but I haven't actually managed to make that happen yet....)
